The Presidential Conference Package
Experience life in true, luxurious White House style. The Presidential package has been designed to offer all those little extras which often contribute to make a conference so successful and so memorable.

Part of our Conference Retreat Package, The Presidential Package includes:
- You and your delegates will be met at Christchurch Airport and transferred to your central city hideaway by exclusive chauffeured car
- Check in to your spacious apartment and spread out. Enjoy the basket of Canterbury delights which includes homemade chocolates and locally produced fare
- The working sessions are held in our prestigious 3 storey Penthouse which includes all the standard conference equipment - overhead projector and screen, whiteboard and flipchart
- Morning tea/coffee with squeezed orange juice, homemade scones with jam and cream
- Private lunch served on our ground floor as an alternative to your meeting area
- Afternoon tea/coffee with a NZ Cheeseboard, fruit and crackers
- Dinner fit for a president in the stunning Camelot Restaurant - winner of 13 medals at the 1995 Salon Culinaire Competition (NZ Wines and return transfers included )***
- Sumptuous Mainland breakfast which gives you a full choice of cooked or continental including savoury muffins, Danish pastries, omelettes and traditional breakfast fare
